Sirjan (Persian: سيرجان‎‎, also Romanized as Sīrjān; formerly, Sa‘īdābād)[1] is a city in and the capital of Sirjan County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 324,103 in 95,357 families.[2] It is known for its pistachios and "geleem" rugs and also for its Badgiir Choppoghi (calument louver).
